My Top 5 (rap)

Since I'm just getting started with this blog, I figured I'll let you get to know me better and what kind of music I listen to.
Today, I'm going to let you in on my 5 favorite rap artists in the game right now.

1. Curren$y - I love how you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy Curren$y's music. He has chill beats and his lyrics are always on point. Sometimes he is accused of being a 'weed rapper', but that is definitely not the case.

2. Wale - I love how diverse Wale is, he raps about so many different topics and his album "Ambition" was one of my favorites of the year. He is signed to MMG, so you know he is always going to have fresh beats.

3. Meek Mill - Meek is another MMG rapper straight outta Philly. He can spit with the best of them and goes hard on every track he is on.Meek is coming for the top spot, and might be taking over the rap game shortly. Watch out!

4. Kendrick Lamar - Kendrick is the West Coast savior right now and has proved that he is the best from the west. He probably has some of the best lyrics in the business and now that he signed a deal with Interscope Records, his production will be on point too.

5. Yelawolf - This is usually the music I'll be bumpin in my whip. The man makes TRUNK MUSIK! Yela is a fast-spitting rapper and once he learns how to ride a beat better he will be up there with the best of them.

HONORABLE MENTION: Wiz Khalifa (love his old stuff and Kush + OJ), Big KRIT (Dirty-South Rapper), and J.Cole (Lyrics are on point) Los(Great lyrics and can really flow to a beat, just waiting for him to get a deal)
